Name, work email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile.

Job title, employer, sector, seniority, and public professional history.

Notes and summaries from real calls and meetings — kept so context is never lost between conversations.

A log of when someone was last reached, and how — so nobody is contacted twice by mistake, and so an opt-out is always respected.

A LinkedIn network export (yours, or a partner's, only ever imported with their agreement), publicly available professional information, and enrichment from reputable public and commercial sources. CIS does not deliberately collect sensitive personal information — health, political views, and the like. It is built for professional, business contact data only.

CIS never sells your data. It never shares your network with another member — an introduction only ever happens with a named person's separate agreement on both sides (see the connection partner guide). And it never sends a message on its own — a real person always decides, and a real person always sends.

A workspace owner or admin can separately choose to share a bare signal with a named partner workspace — that a route to someone exists, nothing more. No name, no note, no contact detail, and no list ever crosses with it; it never happens without that wording being shown and confirmed first, and it can be switched off at any moment. This is a different, much narrower thing from the "shares your network" promise above, which still holds.

You can ask what CIS holds about you, ask for anything inaccurate to be corrected, or ask for your record to be erased entirely — the "right to be forgotten".

You can ask CIS to stop processing your data, object to it altogether — including an absolute right to object to marketing — or ask for your data in a portable, readable format.

Every email carries a genuine one-click unsubscribe that takes effect immediately. You can also just say “stop” — by reply, on a call, or in the website chat. Once you're opted out, you're opted out everywhere across CIS, for every partner and every workspace, permanently — not just with whoever last messaged you. Opting out of contact is separate from erasing your record; you can ask for either, or both.

Your data sits in a single, access-controlled database. Passwords and API keys are never stored in plain sight, and each workspace is kept apart from every other.

A short list of trusted providers help run CIS — hosting, email/telephony, and enrichment. None receive more than they need to do their specific job. Where a provider is based outside the UK, recognised legal safeguards apply to the transfer.
