Monday Five

Five people worth a call this week.

A short weekly list, built fresh from what's actually changed — a signal, a booked meeting — never a generic name list.

Updated 5 Oct 2026

What you see

1
Five rows
Each row is a name, their role, their company (with sector and size, when known), and why now — something genuinely current, like a signal or a booked meeting. A person only makes the list with a real signal and someone who holds the connection, named on the card. When the card has a recent signal it also shows a “Latest signal” line, with how well you know them.
2
Tap for the full card
Tap a row for what we know about them, a suggested first line (with an option to have it written fresh in your workspace’s own voice), who holds the connection, and your last touch with them. Anything genuinely not known yet says so plainly — “No recent signal”, “Nothing on file yet” — never a guess.
3
How well you know them
The card also says strong, warm, weak or unknown, with one plain reason (for example “You have both reached out, last 5 days ago”). Strong is regular two-way contact, warm is in touch recently, weak is little or old contact, and unknown means you are connected but nothing has been recorded. The same four words show on your contacts and pipeline. It comes from the emails, calls, meetings and notes already recorded, with anything they sent you counting for more. If nothing has been recorded it says so, and shows unknown.
4
Say what happened
Talked, Not now, or Something’s wrong — whichever fits, once you’ve acted on it or decided not to.

Keep warm

1
People who have gone quiet
Above the list, up to three people you were once close to and have not spoken to in about six months or more, each with a one-line opener you can copy. It only appears when there is someone to show. Nothing is sent for you.
2
Snooze or dismiss
Snooze hides a person for 30 days; Dismiss removes them for good. Both are just for you. The same strip sits at the top of Next.

The three questions

How well do you know them?

A 0-10 slider — your own honest read of the relationship.

How do you know them?

A line or two, optional — context for anyone reading the relationship later.

Would you introduce them?

Yes, maybe or no — this is what future matching learns from.

Where it stops

No guessing, no invented facts
Every reason on this list is built from something real — a signal, a booked meeting, an existing connection. Nothing here is generated or guessed.

Staying fresh

Updates the moment something changes

The list re-ranks itself right after you import new people or answer a card — not only on the weekly refresh. On /app/pick, a small “ranked at” line under the title shows exactly when it was last built, so you can tell it’s current at a glance.
